" I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs - I'm of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of these if I've had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle.
